On Saturday we thought we might go check out Snoqualmie Falls, since we heard the recent freezing temperatures had created some cool natural effects. Apparently everyone else in Western Washington had the same idea, because getting a parking spot here was harder than at the mall during shopping season.
The viewing platform was crammed with people and looked like it was on the verge of some tragic collapse. I was especially concerned about this possibility since the current construction project at the front of the park was being overseen by Ohno Construction (I am not even kidding). Luckily, the work of the lowest bidder held up to the stress:
As usual, I took way too many pictures of the same thing. The digital camera was a bad, bad invention for me. So curl up with a mug of cocoa and enjoy the show:

I've NEVER seen that platform so full, even when there are tourbus loads of people milling around!
Thanks for the pictures, now I don't have to go out in the cold to see it for myself.
Great pictures keep on taking them I enjoy things I never seem to get to. Talk about a full load at the observation spot. love you GBook
Love it that you take so many pic's, someone else's shots are always so much more fun to look at!
